	Protection of Civilians Weekly Report | 14 - 20 September 2011  This week, Israeli forces injure 18 Palestinians in the West Bank. Israeli settlers escalate their attacks, injuring another four Palestinians and vandalizing around 1,000 trees. Demolition of Palestinian-owned structures resumed, with five structures demolished and 23 people displaced. In Gaza, three workers killed and four others injured inside tunnels under the Gaza-Egypt border. There continues to be an increase in the number of people crossing Rafah. Electricity blackouts continue. English
